As an avid traveler, Lynne loves all things French, especially the food. She has spent many hours studying French and taking French cooking classes. As a certified Natural Chef, Lynne understands the healing properties of foods. This has broadened her abilities in preparing cuisine from all over the world with an understanding of the health benefits of various ethnic combinations of herbs and spices.
As a Nutritional Consultant, Lynne knows that foods can heal. Through various foods, herbs, and spices Lynne educates her clients on ways to boost their immune system to improve their health and return their bodies to their natural state of wellness. She also enjoys teaching healthy cooking classes and food shopping skills.
Lynne incorporates a holistic approach to educating people about how to eat and enjoy a diverse, plant-based diet that provides a full range of nutrients known to promote health and support wellness and longevity. Lynne brings all of her world travel and nutritional knowledge home to Sonoma and Napa Valleys, a region she has lived in for over 20 years. These Valleys are well known for their award winning wineries, famous health spas, and agritourism practices. Lesser known is that this region is also the home to renowned culinary schools, restaurants, organic and biodynamic farms, and local gourmet artisan food.
